A 6-week, evidence-based mindfulness course developed by UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC). Recommended for: stress, anxiety, overwhelm, sleep support, chronic stress patterns, and building resilience. Foundational mindfulness meditation practices (sitting, walking, eating, gentle movement) plus practical tools for attention regulation, emotional regulation, and stress resilience.
