Join Erin Doerwald 3:30-4:30 for mindful yoga inspired by the Brahmaviharas—Loving Kindness, Compassion, Joy, and Equanimity—offered as a drop-in class or on your YogaSource pass.
All are invited to join the Charm Bar + Adorned Permanent Jewelry Pop Up with Christy Lea Payne of Denver-based CLP Jewelry inspired by the yoga practice from 4:30-6:30. Yoga class attendance not required to attend the Pop Up.
A percentage of proceeds supports The Dandelion Giving Circle. Our February benefactor is the Black Men Flower Project.
