UCLA Morning Mindfulness

Erin Doerwald will leading a UCLA Morning Mindfulness guided meditation.

Led by UCLA-trained mindfulness facilitators, these sessions offer a chance to cultivate equanimity while reducing anxiety, lowering emotional reactivity, and improving focus.

All levels of practice experience are welcome!

No need to register, just drop in, but please come to the full 30 minutes.
